of evaluating and investing private equity transactions in companies
primarily engaged in the Internet and information technology (IT)
sectors that focus on manufacturing technologies, supply side/distribution
or business to business concepts.
The focus of GK Ventures is to expedite the entrepreneurs time to market and dramatically improve their chances for long term success, ultimately optimizing their attractiveness to qualified investing sources. GKV can employ technology into one or several of its strategic relationships that provide content opportunity and beta sites that are influenced to providing an environment conducive to change.
GK Ventures may not sell, offer to sell, or offer to buy any security. A registered broker/dealer will provide all required services including, but not limited to, approving startup and investor applications and conducting any communications with Member Investors that could be construed as offers to sell or solicitations of offers to buy any security of a 'member company'. The submission of an application to GK Ventures does not guarantee membership; the GK Ventures evaluation team must approve all Member Companies.
