Welcome to GK Ventures.
GKV is designed to locate, incubate, accelerate, or simply identify high-caliber start-up companies. In a variety of ways, this allows us to produce exceptional investment opportunities for qualified investors. GKV features three types of investments:
- Seed Capital - are funds that start the incubation of an enterpeunur's business ideal. This stage provides some prototyping, customer feedback and some documentation of the idea.
- Start-up Capital - is employed money to create a company that will pursue an idea or business concept.
- Venture Capital - is capital employed to grow a company's products and services. These companies have customers.
GK Ventures may not sell, offer to sell, or offer to buy any security. A registered
broker/dealer will provide all required services including, but
not limited to, approving startup and investor applications and
conducting any communications with Member Investors that could be
construed as offers to sell or solicitations of offers to buy any
security of a 'member company'. The submission of an application
to GK Ventures does not guarantee membership; the GK Ventures evaluation
team must approve all Member Companies. Member Investors may view
the information communicated regarding Member Companies for their
use only and may not release the information to others under any
circumstances. The public content portions of the site are provided
