2. Connected to the Customer - So many great ideas are constrained, because most corporations do not afford the entrepreneurial vehicle to leverage the risk reward ratio. The entrepreneur must understand that his or her revolutionary product will cause major change to the customer. The customer's employees are not rewarded proportionate to the risk and there lays the fundamental behavioral issue in selling new technology. GKV has developed a network of content providers [i.e. mortar] that understand the issue at the equity level. The decision makers are also normally the guys that do have the risk /reward ratios such that they can afford to bet on new technology. GKV provides the existing business the technological opportunity framework to create an environment conducive to change. Some call this clicks and mortar but at GKV we call this "good business".

3. Eureka is expected - GKV understands that the product that starts a company will not make the company truly successful. While laser focus and great products create the platform for success, we know the winning product will come from true sculpting of an organization.
